By downloading or using PDF Daily ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
You may use the app to view, edit, convert and manage documents that you own or have the right to use. You are responsible for your documents and for keeping your own backups. Do not use the app to remove protections from documents you are not authorized to access.
Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal in your Google Play or App Store account settings. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. The lifetime purchase is paid once and never renews. You can restore Pro on a new device signed in to the same account. Refunds are handled under Google Play's or Apple's refund policy. Features included in Pro may change over time.
The free version of the app shows ads. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Conversions and edits are done on your device, and complex documents may not convert perfectly. Always keep a copy of important originals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, documents, profits or other damages arising from your use of the app.
The app includes open-source software, including pdf.js (Apache 2.0), pdf-lib (MIT), SheetJS (Apache 2.0), mammoth (BSD-2-Clause), JSZip (MIT), docx (MIT) and the Noto fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1), each under its own license.
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
